With a non selling Broker, and two Managing Brokers help is just a phone call away! Alan is our broker; he brings his knowledge from past businesses and 16 years experience as the broker to the company. Jeannine and Adam complement his skills to create a well rounded management team. We feel that our job is to help you make as many sales as you wish, to run an efficient office – keeping expenses low and of course to run a profitable business to ensure our longevity.
Our administrative team is also top notch. We have three full time staff who work to ensure your needs are met. They are well trained, attentive, and pay attention to the details for all of us. They ensure we all stay on track for deadlines and paperwork. They make life easy for all of us.

We have ongoing in-house training, business coaching, and extensive marketing and educational resources. Through our national network our agents have access to an extensive array of promotional products, custom newsletters, marketing tools, templates, resource library, and an online university. Adam has even been chosen to help develop the new educational requirements for new licensees with NSAR.
